Gia, the Jewel of Dubai
There are few things in this world that impress me, and even fewer people. But for the past two years, I’ve been impressed with Russian-born, Thessaloniki-raised Gianna Papadopoulou, more popularly known as simply “Gia”. She is the living embodiment of bon vivant and a woman who fearlessly challenges the elements and perilous terrains, with her daring feats.
Two years ago, I conducted an interview with the Dubai based flight attendant, where we spoke about her travels, favorite cuisine, and daredevil antics. This time around, she decided to let the pictures do the talking.
