Ariana Grande 7 Rings (Official)

The first time I had ever heard of Ariana Grande, a young intern at work had been listening to her on her headphones. I felt bad later, because I basically dismissed her as somebody who didn’t know any thing about “good music”. You can expect people of my generation to respond negatively to music not marketed to them, but that’s never been me. Maybe I was just having a bad day, because I have an extensive catalog of music that spans decades and genres. I love seeing younger generations aspire and become successful in their ventures. I want them to shine, and in this video, Ariana Grande does just that.

Should anyone ever tell you that there’s such thing as too much pink, tell them they have no idea what they’re talking about. The director and producer of 7 Rings (Hannah Lux Davis and Brandon Bonfiglio, respectively), paint a lush pink environment that works to great effect here. Its eye-candy visuals perfectly compliment the ear candy aural stylings of Ariana’s vocals.

But I truly hope you’re watching the video, and not reading this. Enjoy!
